Below is a brief overview of the religions for the races in Vandalmál.
Humans in the Hrim free-states usually revere the Old Gods, which are the spirits found in all things. The clergy of this religion consists of clerics and Land Circle Druids. Humans that reside within the confines of the Eladrin empire usually follow the gods of the Eladrin; if they still adhere to the old ways, they do so in secret.
Halflings in Hrim usually worship some combination of Arvoreen, Urogalan, and Gatris. Arvoreen is a god of protection, vigilance, and war, Urogalan is a god of the earth and the dead, and Gatris is a god of healing and life. All three are benevolent gods. There are some who also worship another god - Dallah Thaun, the lady of mysteries, but this is a secretive religion known only to and among halflings.
Within the confines of the Empire, Halflings deities are known and accepted, but temples and open adherents are harder to find. Halflings in Imperial lands worship either their own gods or the gods of the Eladrin.
If a dwarf is religious, they usually revere Moradin the Allfather, regardless of where they reside. Temples and shrines are easier to find in Hrim than within the Empire, but the Eladrin never sought to criminalize Moradin as they did the Old Gods of their humans subjects.
When the Eladrin arrived centuries ago, led by the Winter Court, they brought the worship of their gods with them.
The minotaurs of the Shattered Isles are a strong, clannish, sea-faring people devoted to the martial arts and contemplation. Their deities and much of their folklore mirror pieces of the Maori/Samoan/Pacific Island traditions.
The hobgoblin clans of Hrim, as they were once under the rule of the Eladrin before the last war, revere several of the Eladrin gods - specifically Forseti, Tyr, Frigga, and Skadi. They have also learned to appease Thrym. Otherwise, the hobgoblin clans worship the Old Gods like the humans of Hrim, but their reverence is overseen by their shaman.
