Standard Languages
Common - Imperial and Northern Dialects
Imperial Common has a more French accent, and humans hailing from that region or with Imperial ancestry tend to have more French-style names. Family names tend to be more Eladrin in nature, and thus use a more Elven convention.
Northern Common is harsh and more Nordic, and humans from Hrim tend to have Norse-style names.
Eladrin - uses Elven script
Names use the Elven conventions; good examples can be found in Xanathar's Guide to Everything.
Dwarven - uses Dwarven runes
Imperial Dwarven is a softer dialect, similar to the softening of Imperial Common. Imperial clan names are distinct from those commonly found in Hrim.
Northern Dwarven has more in common with Primordial, thus being more guttural.
Halfling - uses Common alphabet
Hobgoblin - uses Ex script
The Hobgoblin language sounds much like the Northern Sami language of Scandinavia.
Minotaur - uses Lontara script
